3k Terms and Conditions

Scope of Application

These terms apply to the 3k platform website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all related digital services. They are equally applicable to every game, bonus offer, and payment transaction.

If a specific promotion or game has its own terms, those will be treated as a supplement to these general terms. In the event of a conflict between the two, the specific terms will take precedence.

The 3k platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Language and Interpretation

This document has been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions, the Bengali version will be considered final.

Registration Requirements

To create an account on 3k, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Creating an account using another person's details is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The 3k platform reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time to ensure security. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport or Birth Registration Certificate
• Screenshot of a bank account or mobile banking account

3k reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until identity verification is complete.

Minimum Age Requirement

Creating an account by providing false information about age is a legally punishable offence. Such accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will not be returned.

Password and Access

Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Your password should never be shared with any third party. Please keep the following in mind:

Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or email address changes, update the information on your account promptly. It is important that your current number or email remains active for OTP verification purposes.

Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for deposits on the 3k platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• The name on the payment source must match the name registered on the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is completed, it should be reflected in your balance immediately; if there is a delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• If an active bonus wagering requirement is pending, the withdrawal request may be temporarily placed on hold.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.

A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional benefit that becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.

Other Promotions

A summary of 3k's active promotions is given below:

• Weekly 3k Reload Festival: 20% bonus on any deposit once per week (up to ৳3,000), wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳500. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳400 → wagering ৳6,000.
• 3k Cricket Charge Bonus: 30% bonus in the Sports section once per day (up to ৳5,000), wagering 12x, minimum deposit ৳500. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳600 → wagering ৳7,200.
• Friday 3k Slots Blast: 50% bonus in the Slots section every Friday (up to ৳4,000), wagering 20x, minimum deposit ৳500. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → wagering ৳20,000.
• 3k Birthday Special Gift: An automatic reward of up to ৳1,000 on a member's birthday, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend 3k Reward: Up to ৳500 reward for a successful referral, wagering 8x.

VIP Cashback Program

The 3k VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses.

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate based on total losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: A Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Regular and active gaming activity is required to move up to a higher tier.

General Gaming Rules

All games on the 3k platform are operated through the software of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, etc.). Game results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial.

• The result of each game session is final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a loss of internet connection, the system will determine the result automatically.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 3k reserves the right to correct it.
• The use of any software or bot while playing games is strictly prohibited.

Special Sports Betting Rules

The following additional rules apply to betting on cricket, football, and other sports events:

• If a match is abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after the result has been announced.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• If suspected match fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, 3k reserves the right to withhold payouts.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k platform:

• Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Fraudulent use of the bonus system.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Spreading false complaints or misleading information against the platform.

Right to Suspend

3k reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• If identity verification fails or false information is detected.
• If suspicious financial activity is identified.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Closing your account voluntarily

Disclaimer

3k always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, 3k will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• For errors caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• If service is interrupted due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• If a member suffers loss due to their own negligence or intentional breach.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. 3k bears no liability for compensation based on the outcome of wins or losses.

Protection of Personal Information
